Role: Full Time Live Out Nanny Housekeeper
Location: Kensington, London
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum
Work Schedule: 5 days per week, 2 days off (rotating shifts between 6:30am-9:00pm)
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking an experienced, professional Nanny Housekeeper to join a well-established household team in a prestigious Kensington residence. This is an informal but highly organised family environment.
The role is shared between childcare support for two school aged children and high-level housekeeping within a large, fully staffed private residence. The successful candidate will be flexible, discreet, and confident working as part of a structured household team.
This is a long-term opportunity within a household where staff retention is excellent.
Responsibilities:
Childcare Duties:
- Support the parents with the daily care of two school-aged children
- Assist with morning and evening routines as required by shift pattern
- Provide attentive, calm, and age-appropriate supervision
- Accompany the family during travel, supporting routines while away
- Be comfortable working in a busy, informal family environment
Housekeeping Duties:
- Deliver exceptional housekeeping standards across all areas of the residence
- Work collaboratively as part of a teamunder the direction of the Head Housekeeper
- Maintain pristine presentation of bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas
- Bed making, linen changes, and general room care
- Wardrobe management, including care of high-end clothing, shoes, and accessories
- Packing and unpacking for family travel
- Stock control of household supplies, toiletries, and cleaning products
- Assist in the laundry when required (a full-time laundress is employed)
- Support ad hoc requests and contribute to the smooth running of the household
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Nanny Housekeeper or similar role within an UHNW private household or luxury hospitality environment
- Confident supporting school-aged children
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
- Discreet, reliable, and professional at all times
- Strong team player, comfortable working within a large household structure
- Flexible, adaptable and willing to “go the extra mile”
- Comfortable working around children and animals
- Must hold a valid UK or EU passport (travel is essential)
