Couples Dual Role Opportunity – Private Island (Bahamas)
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic couple to join a luxury private island operation in the Bahamas. This is a unique opportunity for two hospitality professionals to take on the roles of Guest Service Manager and Operations Manager, working as part of a close-knit, high-performing team. We could also look at someone with an Engineering background. This role would suit a couple looking to transition to a land based role from yachting.
Guest Service Manager
This role is fully guest-focused and requires a highly organised individual with exceptional communication and service skills. Responsibilities include managing guest experiences from pre-arrival through departure, coordinating guest preferences, organising itineraries and excursions, liaising with multiple departments, and handling administrative and financial duties. A strong background in luxury hospitality or yachting is highly desirable.
Operations Manager
This position would suit someone with a strong practical and technical background. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operational systems, support maintenance and engineering requirements, manage equipment and vessel readiness, and assist with guest marine activities. Strong troubleshooting skills and previous hands-on operational or marine experience are advantageous.
