We are seeking an experienced, professional, and nurturing nanny to care for a one-year-old girl in a private household environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, warm, organised, and highly experienced in supporting early years development, helping to guide key milestones including walking, speech, confidence, play, and social development.
The role requires someone who is calm, adaptable, and able to work harmoniously within a multicultural household and alongside existing staff members. Previous experience within private households is essential.
Based in Riyadh but with travel to Europe and UK
Key Responsibilities
* Providing attentive, loving, and age-appropriate care
* Supporting developmental milestones through structured play and engagement
* Encouraging speech, mobility, coordination, and confidence-building activities
* Creating stimulating and educational activities suited to the child's age
* Maintaining routines for naps, play, learning, and wellbeing
* Monitoring the child's diet carefully due to allergies, and coordinating menus with the parents
* Ensuring the child's environment, belongings, and daily items remain organised and well maintained
* Travelling with the family when required
* Working closely and respectfully with other household staff
* Maintaining high levels of discretion, professionalism, and flexibility
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience working with young children within private households
* Strong understanding of early childhood development
* Patient, nurturing, energetic, and engaging personality
* Organised and proactive approach
* Adaptable and team-oriented
* Comfortable travelling internationally
* Excellent references
* Fluent English preferred; additional languages are advantageous
Working Schedule
* Six-day working week
* Approximately 12-hour working days
* Flexibility required depending on travel schedules and family requirements
