Overview
A kind and warm international family based in Aventura, Florida is seeking a full-time live-out nanny to care for their newborn beginning in June. This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced, professional nanny who is nurturing, discreet, highly reliable, and passport-ready. This is a full-time position- 40 hours per week guaranteed, with two consecutive days off. Flexibility is required depending on the family's schedule and travel.
The family values early childhood development, cognitive stimulation, and a calm, structured caregiving environment. Flexibility is essential, as the role will include international travel and evolving day-to-day needs as the child grows. Spanish is primarily spoken in the home, though both parents are fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate newborn care
- Support and track feeding, sleep routines, and developmental milestones
- Encourage cognitive stimulation using Montessori-aligned practices
- Maintain organization of nursery and child-related items
- Manage baby laundry, bottle preparation, and sterilization
- Accompany family on international travel as needed
- Adapt routines based on travel and family scheduling

Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years professional nanny experience
- Extensive newborn care experience required
- Passport ready for international travel (mandatory)
- Montessori training or knowledge strongly preferred
- Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish; Chinese is a plus)
- Infant CPR and First Aid certified
- Strong professional references
Salary and Benefits
- DOE, 40 guaranteed hours per week
