Shire & Wold Staffing are delighted to be supporting a new client in the search for an experienced and hands-on Private Lifestyle PA to join a dynamic family based in Greenwich.
Our client is a successful businessman alongside his wife and two children. This is a trusted and pivotal role requiring a calm, proactive and highly organised individual who is equally comfortable operating at a strategic level and stepping into the day-to-day rhythm of family life.
This position suits a Lifestyle PA who enjoys being embedded within a family environment someone practical, adaptable and emotionally intelligent, who thrives on ensuring life runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
The Role
This is a hybrid position combining administrative excellence with practical household oversight and in-home presence when required.
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Complex diary and schedule management
- Coordinating domestic and international travel
- Overseeing household operations and liaising with contractors
- Managing appointments, bookings and personal arrangements
- Supporting family logistics and school coordination where required
- Property administration and maintenance oversight
- Full vehicle management, ensuring vehicles are insured, serviced, taxed, cleaned and charged/fuelled
- Monitoring renewals and household documentation
- Stepping into the household environment to provide practical support as needed, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the family home
- Working remotely when appropriate, maintaining efficiency and responsiveness
The successful candidate must be comfortable moving fluidly between strategic planning and hands-on involvement, reading the room and adjusting their approach accordingly.
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Private or Lifestyle PA
- Confident within a family home setting
- Naturally proactive and solutions-focused
- Calm, discreet and emotionally intelligent
- Highly organised with excellent follow-through
- Comfortable taking ownership of both administrative and practical tasks
- Flexible and adaptable
Salary: Depends on experience £45,000-60,000. Please present with salary expectation (even if above salary bracket).
