They are seeking an enthusiastic, up and coming Chef de Partie.
Role Responsibilities:
- Support the kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes to a 5-star standard
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
- Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Ensure consistency, presentation, and attention to detail in all dishes
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of professional kitchen experience
- Strong understanding of stock control and ordering processes
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety procedures, including COSHH and HACCP
- Valid Food Hygiene Certificate (within the last 3 years)
- Own knives required
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- High attention to detail and pride in delivering exceptional standards
- Professional, reliable, and well-presented at all times
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have own transport due to location and shift patterns
