A private family based in the Cotswolds is seeking a warm, experienced and flexible Rota Nanny to care for their 8-month-old son.
The household is relaxed and informal, and the family is looking for someone who can become a trusted and supportive presence in their child’s early development. The role offers flexibility in structure, and the family is open to considering live-in or live-out candidates (if local), on a rota basis.
When on duty, the nanny will take full responsibility for childcare, and therefore the role requires someone comfortable working in a 24/7 capacity during scheduled shifts.
The position will also involve occasional travel with the family, so flexibility and a positive, adaptable attitude are important.
