Job Description
The Nanny will work closely with another Nanny and the wider household team to ensure the highest standard of care, development, and well-being for the children. This role requires emotional warmth, flexibility, and the ability to adapt smoothly within a structured but fast-paced environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, age-appropriate care for two children (1 and 4 years old)
- Support daily routines, learning, play, and developmental milestones
- Collaborate closely with the household team
- Travel nationally and internationally with the family when required
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
- Adapt easily to changing schedules and family needs with a flexible mindset
- Contribute positively to a warm, respectful, and team-oriented household
- Be a calm, reassuring, and nurturing presence in the children’s daily lives
Candidate Requirements
- Previous nanny experience preferred (UHNW/high-profile household experience is a plus, not essential)
- Warm, gentle, and naturally nurturing personality
- Strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively
- Flexible, adaptable, and open-minded approach to work
- Comfortable in busy, fast-moving household environments
- Willingness and enthusiasm to travel with the family
- Calm under pressure, non-rigid, and ego-free attitude
- Strong understanding of discretion and confidentiality
- Must be based in California and available for local work
