Role: Live-in Lifestyle Manager/Personal Assistant

Overview
We are supporting an UNHW Principal in their search for a live-in Personal Assistant for an estate in Ramatuelle in the South of France.
In this role you will provide personal assistance for a highly active female Principal primarily in the family’s estate in the South of France, however, you will also be required to travel.
Role Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the Principal’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring strict confidentiality at all times.
- Respond to and manage communications across email, phone, and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as a liaison with household staff, estate personnel, contractors, and service providers, maintaining discretion around the Principal’s schedule and movements.
- Create presentations, documents, and visual content using Microsoft Office, Canva, and similar tools.
- Manage online purchases, deliveries, and courier arrangements across Europe and the United States.
- Support budgeting processes, obtain quotes, and assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide occasional support on creative projects related to design, interiors, or fashion, applying a strong sense of style and attention to detail.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Lifestyle Manager to an UHNW principal
- Exceptionally organised, reliable, and discreet.
- Demonstrates sound judgment and practical thinking when prioritizing tasks and anticipating requirements.
- Adaptable and at ease working in a hybrid environment combining office-based and remote responsibilities.
- Flexible and responsive to the Principal’s schedule.
- Maintains a high level of respect for confidentiality and personal boundaries, with the ability to work autonomously and with minimal oversight.
- Remains composed and professional under pressure, with a positive and supportive approach.
- Must hold a valid driving license
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in French being advantageous
