A UHNW private family with multiple international properties is seeking an exceptional and highly experienced Housekeeper to oversee the meticulous upkeep and presentation of their primary residence in Las Vegas, with regular support across additional global properties.
This is a hands-on, long-term opportunity suited only to candidates with proven experience operating at the highest level of private service. The role requires a polished, discreet, and detail-oriented professional accustomed to the standards and expectations of ultra-high-net-worth households.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a five-star, hotel-level environment at all times. The family has no children or pets; however, expectations are exacting, and only those with relevant UHNW exposure will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Full charge housekeeping of a large-scale luxury residence (20,000+ sq ft) to an immaculate, show-ready standard
- Daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and organization of all interior spaces
- Expert laundry and garment care, including couture, delicate, and high-value fabrics
- Comprehensive wardrobe management, including packing/unpacking for frequent international travel
- Inventory management of household supplies with proactive restocking
- Assisting with formal table setting and light service as required
- Preparing the residence for principal arrivals and maintaining constant readiness
- Coordinating seamlessly with additional household staff and external vendors
- Traveling internationally with the family and supporting multiple residences
Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience working in UHNW private households is essential
- Proven track record managing large luxury properties (20,000 sq ft or greater)
- Experience working as part of a staffed household team
- Prior international travel with principals is required
- Strong understanding of UHNW lifestyle expectations and service standards
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Discreet, trustworthy, and professional at all times
- Self-motivated with a proactive, “no task too big or small” attitude
- Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and global travel demands
- Expert knowledge of luxury surfaces, materials, and specialist cleaning techniques
