A private UHNW homeowner in Hawaii is seeking a reliable, experienced domestic couple to manage the upkeep of a 5-acre private estate. This is a long-term opportunity for a couple who already reside locally and are looking for stable, well-compensated domestic work in a respectful and informal household setting.
The household includes a dedicated caretaker who will provide additional support with general property needs. The property features extensive grounds, including a dedicated rose garden requiring consistent care and attention.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong teamwork, trustworthiness, and pride in maintaining a beautiful private estate.
Key Responsibilities:
Housekeeper
- Daily cleaning and upkeep of the main residence
- Laundry, ironing, and general household organisation
- Maintaining a clean, comfortable, and well-presented home environment
- Kitchen upkeep and light household coordination
- Restocking and managing household supplies
- Supporting occasional household preparation needs
- Coordinating with caretaker for property-wide needs when required
Gardener / Landscaper
- Full maintenance of 5-acre estate grounds
- Specialist care and upkeep of a dedicated rose garden
- Lawn care, mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting
- Seasonal landscaping and general garden maintenance
- Irrigation system monitoring and basic repairs
- Weed control and pest management
- Keeping all outdoor areas clean, tidy, and visually well-maintained
- Coordinating with the caretaker for larger property tasks
Candidates Profile
- Experienced couple with proven background in private household and estate work
- Strong gardening/landscaping/horticultural experience
- High standards of cleanliness, presentation, and reliability
- Trustworthy, discreet, and comfortable in an informal household setting
- Strong teamwork and communication between partners
- Able to manage 5-acre property responsibilities consistently
- Must be local and already in Hawaii (no relocation offered)
- Physically capable of outdoor and domestic hands-on work
- Valid driver’s license
