Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and discreet Travelling Butler to support an ultra-high-net-worth family based in Dubai, with extensive international travel requirements. The role demands the highest level of service, refinement, adaptability, and confidentiality while ensuring seamless personal and lifestyle support across global residences and travel destinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full-time personal butler services while accompanying the principal on international travel
- Manage wardrobe care, packing, unpacking, and personal organization to the highest luxury standards
- Coordinate daily schedules, appointments, and travel logistics in collaboration with private staff
- Deliver formal and informal table service in private residences, hotels, and events
- Prepare residences, suites, and accommodations prior to arrival
- Anticipate needs proactively to ensure seamless daily operations and comfort
- Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality at all times
- Liaise effectively with household staff, drivers, chefs, security, and management teams
Candidate Requirements
- Extensive experience in high-end private service, UHNW households, luxury hospitality, or private estates
- Strong command of formal etiquette, protocol, and five-star service standards
- Exceptional flexibility, including frequent international travel and irregular working hours
- Proven professionalism, discretion, and reliability in confidential environments
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain composed and effective under pressure

- Formal butler training or hospitality education is a MUST
- Experience in luxury hotels, private aviation, yachts, or private estates
- Highly polished, refined, and service-oriented demeanour
- Internationally adaptable and culturally aware
- Proactive, calm, and detail-driven in all situations
