Overview
A busy entrepreneur in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a proactive personal assistant to help him keep his family/personal life organized. The assistant will work closely with the executive assistant to make sure that work and personal lives run smoothly. This is a hybrid remote/on-site role. This position will require travel. Relocation to San Francisco is available for the right candidate. This role is ready to hire!
Responsibilities
- Manage a household team (ie. nanny and housekeeper)
- Adaptable and can grow with the family
- Prior high-level experience and doesn’t need to learn on the job
- Young family experience
- Adapt to a busy and changing schedule
- Highly responsive with 24/7 support mindset
- Vendor and Estate management experience
- Booking travel and itinerary planning
- Calendar management
- Multi-tasking
- Bill Pay management
- Tech savvy
- Pickup and drop off of dry cleaning/packages/etc.
Requirements
- Legal to work in the US
- Must already be living locally or a commutable distance to SF or Bay Area
- Has a rolodex of trusted vendors and network in Bay Area (ie. at home haircut, chef, contractors, etc.)
- Fully vaccinated
- Passport ready, not expiring within six months
- Prior experience as a PA or COS for a busy executive
Salary and Benefits
The client is open to a salary of $180K++ to commensurates with experience. Benefits included.
