Overview
A capable, hands-on Handyman is sought to support a fully staffed private estate in Atherton. This is not a Facilities Manager position but a true jack-of-all-trades who enjoys solving problems, building things, and handling a wide variety of projects with little direction. No two days will be the same. The ideal candidate is resourceful, mechanically inclined, proactive, and takes pride in being the person who can fix, build, troubleshoot, or coordinate whatever is needed. The role supports a 15,000-square-foot primary residence situated on just over an acre, as well as a nearby secondary 8,000-square-foot property.
