Overview
A seasoned Personal Assistant is sought to primarily support the female principal in a dynamic, fast-paced private household. This is a high-level role requiring excellent judgment, discretion, organization, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. The ideal candidate will serve as an extension of the Chief of Staff—someone who can confidently manage projects, solve problems independently, and ensure the principal's personal life operates effortlessly. The goal is to become a trusted deputy who can take ownership of responsibilities with minimal oversight. This is a busy family household with young children, so the ideal candidate will genuinely enjoy working in a family-centered environment. They should be comfortable with the dynamic nature of a private home, able to adapt to changing priorities, and understand that supporting the principals may occasionally involve child- and family-related logistics as part of the overall role. An experienced Personal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced private environment and is excited to become an indispensable operational partner to the Chief of Staff and the family's support team is best suited to this role.
