We are looking for a reliable, organised and proactive part-time housekeeper to help maintain a busy household in SW12.
The role is for 10 hours per week, split over two days (approximately 5 hours per day). We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is trustworthy and dependable, and is happy to help with a range of household tasks and errands.
Main duties
- Keeping the home clean, tidy and organised
- Laundry, including washing, drying and putting clothes away
- Ironing
- General tidying and organising around the house
- Grocery shopping and putting shopping away
- Collecting and dealing with post
- Occasional household errands
- Light garden tidying
- Feeding the cat
- Changing the cat's litter tray
- Giving medication to the cat, if comfortable and happy to do so (training/instructions can be provided)
About you
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy
- Experienced in housekeeping or domestic work
- Well organised and able to work independently
- Practical, proactive and happy to get on with tasks without needing constant supervision
- Comfortable around cats
- Happy to carry out a mixture of household and errand-based tasks
- Respectful of privacy and confidentiality within the home
- Looking for a regular, long-term position
Hours & location
10 hours per week, worked across 2 days, 5 hours per day.
The position is based in SW12, London, with some local errands and grocery shopping required.
