Overview
Our UHNW clients are seeking an experienced, nurturing and highly professional Full-Time Nanny to provide exceptional care for their three children, all under the age of 5, at their private estate in Tampa. The family already has 2 rotational Nannies in place.
This is a live-out position offering full-time coverage across 5 days per week, with both day and night shifts available depending on the family’s requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding childcare, maintaining the children’s routines, supporting their development and ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times.
Fluency in Spanish is a strong advantage. Additional languages such as Russian, Italian, French or Mandarin are also welcomed.
Key Responsibilities
- Childcare: Provide attentive, hands-on care for three young children, ensuring their safety, comfort and wellbeing throughout the day or night shift.
- Language Exposure: Incorporate Spanish or another additional language into daily activities, reading sessions and casual conversations to encourage natural early language development.
- Child Development: Plan and facilitate age-appropriate educational games, arts, crafts, outings and activities to support cognitive, social and emotional development.
- Daily Care: Prepare healthy, organic and balanced meals, manage nap and sleep schedules, and oversee bathing, dressing and other personal care routines.
- Transportation: Safely drive the children to private schools, activities, sports practices, appointments, playdates and other outings.
- Night Care: Provide attentive overnight care when required, including maintaining sleep routines, responding to the children’s needs and ensuring a calm and secure environment.
- Travel Support: Accompany the family on domestic and international travel when required, providing consistent and seamless childcare.
- Household Coordination: Work closely with parents, household staff, educators and other childcare professionals to maintain consistent routines and high standards of care.
- Administration: Assist with children’s calendars, school portals, appointments, activities and other childcare-related administration.
- Routine & Organisation: Maintain structured daily routines while remaining flexible and responsive to the family’s changing needs.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience caring for multiple young children, particularly children under 5, within a private household or high-end nanny setting.
- A warm, nurturing and engaging approach to childcare, combined with a strong understanding of early childhood development.
- Fluency in Spanish is a strong advantage; Russian, Italian, French or Mandarin are also highly valued.
- Flexible and comfortable working 5 days per week, with availability for either day or night shifts as required.
- Willingness to work occasional additional hours, weekends or travel when required by the family.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- CPR and First Aid certified, or willing to obtain certification.
- Florida local knowledge, including familiarity with suitable children’s activities and educational outings such as the Glazer Children’s Museum and The Florida Aquarium.
- Excellent water-safety awareness and strict adherence to safety protocols around residential pools and local beaches.
- Discreet, reliable and professional, with a strong understanding of confidentiality within a private household.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
- Local candidates preferred / candidates must be able to reliably commute to the family’s residence.
