A private family in NW2, London is seeking an experienced, reliable and hands-on Executive Housekeeper to join their household.
This is a varied role suited to someone who is highly organised, proactive and confident managing household duties, while also providing some light support with the family's youngest child.
Working Hours
Monday to Wednesday: 5:00am – 9:00am, then 2:00pm – 8:00pm
Thursday and Friday: 7:00am – 9:00am, then 2:00pm – 8:00pm
Total: 45 hours per week
Accommodation
This is a live-in position.
The successful candidate will have a private bedroom and bathroom within a separate annexe, with their own private entrance, providing a comfortable degree of privacy and independence.
Duties & Responsibilities
- General home administration and household organisation
- Preparing breakfast for the family
- Preparing the principal's bag and ensuring everything is ready for the day
- Preparing and organising the kitchen for the principal's wife and children's breakfast
- Light cleaning and maintaining a tidy, well-presented home
- Light cooking and food preparation
- Some laundry and clothing care
- Providing occasional/light childcare support for the youngest child, aged 11 months
- Helping to ensure the household runs smoothly and efficiently
- Being flexible and proactive with day-to-day household requirements
