A warm and friendly family based in SW7 is looking for an experienced, reliable and proactive Live-In Cook/Housekeeper to join their household on a full-time basis.
The family consists of two adults and two young children, aged 2 and 4 years old. They are looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean and well-organised home and who enjoys preparing fresh, healthy Mediterranean-style meals.
Duties will include:

General housekeeping and keeping the home clean, tidy and organised

Laundry, including washing and folding

Ironing and care of clothes and household linens

Preparing fresh, healthy and nutritious meals for the family

Cooking mainly Mediterranean-style food, using fresh ingredients

Keeping the kitchen clean and organised

Managing household routines and ensuring the home runs smoothly

Occasional support with the children as required, although this is primarily a cook/housekeeping position
The ideal candidate:

Has previous experience working as a housekeeper/cook in a private household

Is confident preparing healthy, fresh and nutritious family meals

Has good knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine

Is organised, efficient and takes initiative

Has excellent cleaning, laundry and ironing skills

Is warm, trustworthy and family-oriented

Is comfortable working around young children

Has a good eye for detail and takes pride in their work

Accommodation
The successful candidate will have their own private bedroom and private bathroom, providing a comfortable and independent living space within the household.
The family would ideally like someone who will go home at weekends, making this an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is looking for a Monday–Friday live-in position.
