We are seeking an experienced, warm and proactive Nanny / Housekeeper to support a family in their home. This varied role combines childcare, housekeeping and practical day-to-day household support.
The ideal candidate will be trustworthy, organised and dependable, with baby experience and the initiative to anticipate the family's needs and provide seamless, reliable support. They will be comfortable balancing childcare and household responsibilities, adapting to changing priorities throughout the day.
Hours & Working Pattern
The position will initially be part-time, with hours agreed in advance. The schedule may include mornings, afternoons and, where possible, occasional full days caring for the baby if required.
Flexibility to provide occasional evening support would also be beneficial, with any additional hours agreed in advance.
Key Responsibilities

Providing attentive, nurturing care for the baby and supporting the daily routine

Managing household laundry, including washing, drying, folding and putting away clothes

Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised kitchen

Sterilising bottles and baby equipment

Keeping nappy caddies and baby-changing essentials stocked and organised

Preparing meals and cooking for the household as required

Receiving, opening and sorting parcels

Running errands and assisting with day-to-day household tasks

Monitoring and replenishing household and baby essentials, placing orders when needed

Providing practical administrative support to help the household run smoothly
