Overview
A family living in Sarasota, FL is seeking an experienced full-time live-out nanny to join their family. There is one child, two years old. The schedule is 5 days a week, of which two are during the day and three are overnights. The two days are 8 hours a day. The three overnights are for when parents travel/late dinners/and nighttime help. Child sleeps through the nights. The family is seeking a nanny who will be a collaborative, valued member of the household team and who genuinely enjoys working in a private family environment. The position is ready to hire and will relocate the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Daily childcare needs
- Meeting all toddler milestones
- Maintaining sleep schedules, bath and bedtime routines
- Educational activities that engage a toddler
- Coordinate and collaborate closely with the other full-time staff
- Travel with the family on occasion when required
- Maintain the highest level of discretion and professionalism within the household
Requirements
- Prior experience working as a nanny in a private household
- Collaborative and comfortable working alongside a fully staffed home
- Easygoing, positive, and professional demeanor
- Flexible and adaptable to changes in schedules and family needs
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable with occasional travel
- Discreet and accustomed to working in a private household environment
Salary and Benefits
