Live-in Domestic Couple
Permanent, Full-Time Position
London
Salary: Between £80,000 and £100,000 depending on experience)
Holiday: 28 days annual leave
Household: Private family residence
Key Responsibilities:
• Full household cleaning, laundry, and ironing
• Overseeing and liaising with external contractors
• General property maintenance and basic grounds care
• Pet care, including pet sitting when the family is away
• Driving duties, including chauffeuring
• Occasional cooking
Candidate Requirements:
• Proactive and able to work independently without close supervision
• Strong teamwork skills; able to coordinate effectively as a couple
• Good time management and organisational ability
• Flexible, adaptable approach with a willingness to take initiative
• Ability to identify and address tasks beyond set instructions
• Discreet, intuitive, and able to respond appropriately to household needs
• Full, clean driving licence required
Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday
• 40 hours a week
Accommodation:
• Self-contained flat within the main house with separate staff entrance
• All accommodation-related costs covered by the employer
• No pets permitted in provided accommodation
Additional Notes:
• Flexibility may be required for occasional weekend duties
