Overview
A busy and kind family in Manhattan is looking for a professional, live-out, full-time nanny for their four-month-old son. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am-6pm and aditional hours may be needed from time to time- ample notice will be provided. The father works out of the home while the mother works in the home.. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish. The family is ready to hire ASAP, but is comfortable waiting until March 1st for the perfect candidate.
Responsibilities
- Full charge care of child; feeding, playing, ensuring their safety, cleaning up after the child
- Engaging the child in age-appropriate activities and play
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the child's room and common areas used during out the day
- Assisting with child's laundry and linens as time permits
- Communicate with the child in English and Spanish
Qualifications
- Able to travel with the family from time to time
- Flexible and adaptable
- Familiar with childhood development and milestones
Requirements
- Legal to work in US
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Excellent experience and references
Salary and Benefits
$40-$45 per hour with some benefits
