Overview
A high-profile public figure is seeking an exceptional personal shopper with outstanding taste, a global mindset, and a deep understanding of the luxury lifestyle. The team is based out of Madrid and the USA and you must be travel-ready at all times. Candidates local to Madrid would be most ideal at this time. This role demands a sharp eye, excellent judgment, and the utmost discretion. You will be responsible for sourcing everything from clothing to groceries- both on-line and in person- with precision, efficiency, and grace. Travel and flexibility are essential. This is an ASAP hire.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Shop for wardrobe items, accessories, home goods, groceries, and essentials—both in-store and on-line
- Source unique or hard-to-find items across fashion, lifestyle, and gifting categories
- Manage returns, exchanges, and coordinate local and international deliveries
- Anticipate client needs with subtlety and attention to personal preferences
- Maintain detailed purchase logs, budgets, and expense records
- Travel frequently (domestic and international)
- Liaise with top boutiques, designers, and private vendors discreetly and professionally
Qualifications
- Previous experience working directly with celebrities, executives, or high-end clients
- Global vendor network (New York, LA, Paris, Milan, Mexico City, Madrid, etc.) a plus
- Familiarity with luxury logistics, customs, and private household coordination
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a personal shopper for VIPs or luxury clientele
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Extensive knowledge of high-end fashion, fine goods, and lifestyle brands
- Impeccable taste and ability to match the client’s evolving aesthetic
- Proven discretion and experience handling confidential information
- Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented under pressure
- Able to work independently, manage time wisely, and adapt quickly
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally on short notice
Salary and Benefits
- Highly competitive, based on experience and starts at $130k ++++
