Role: Private Chef (Seasonal – Festive Period)
Location: Courchevel, France
Salary: Competitive, based on experience (accommodation can be provided)
Working hours: Daily service – Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner (full availability required)

We are seeking an exceptional Private Chef to support a UHNW family during their stay in Courchevel for the festive period. The chef will deliver a refined, bespoke culinary experience throughout the entire stay, ensuring the highest standards of quality, discretion, and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and serve daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the family and their guests.
- Create seasonal, elegant menus tailored to individual tastes and dietary requirements.
- Manage food shopping, ingredient sourcing, kitchen inventories, and stock rotation.
- Ensure impeccable presentation and timing of all meals to suit guest schedules.
- Maintain strict kitchen hygiene and excellent organisation at all times.
- Work with discretion and professionalism within a luxury chalet environment.
Candidate requirements:
- Proven experience as a private chef for UHNW families, luxury chalets, superyachts, or high-end hospitality.
- Strong culinary training with the ability to deliver refined international, Mediterranean, and speciality cuisines.
- Highly adaptable, organised, and able to work independently under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a warm yet discreet manner.
- Must be available for the full duration of the booking, including holiday dates.
