Location: Brentwood, CA
Schedule: Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10 am to 6:30 pm, Fridays and Saturdays from 12 to 8:30 pm (32 hours per week)

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, professional Housekeeper to support a busy, high-profile family in maintaining a polished, organized, and welcoming home. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced household environment, is highly attentive to detail, and anticipates the needs of the family proactively. This role requires discretion, reliability, and the ability to work independently while coordinating seamlessly with other household staff (2 other housekeeper, a Chef, a Nanny and a House Manager).
The Housekeeper will manage household upkeep, assist with children as needed, oversee kitchen and pantry organization, and ensure that all areas of the home are consistently immaculate and guest-ready.
Responsibilities
- Assist with children as needed.
- Answer the door/gate, accept deliveries, and greet guests, notifying the family.
- Offer refreshments to guests and check in with the family regularly.
- Maintain common areas, resetting toys, pillows, and blankets for a tidy appearance.
- Restock and organize fridge, freezer, and pantry; note items to reorder.
- Replenish disposable items throughout the home (wipes, coffee stations, etc.).
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sweep all surfaces and floors; clean windows and mirrors.
- Maintain bedrooms and bathrooms, including changing linens and restocking toiletries.
- Wash, dry, fold, and iron laundry, including delicate fabrics; wash and press sheets and napkins.
- Clean kitchen appliances and wash dishes, utensils, and glassware.
- Organize pantry and fridge/freezer; check expiration dates and restock supplies.
- Set dining tables as needed.
- Report repairs or maintenance needs to the house manager.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect the family’s privacy at all times.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous professional housekeeping experience in high-net-worth or busy family households preferred.
- Polished, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with household staff.
- Child-friendly and able to assist as needed in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent, high standards of work.
- Knowledge of proper care for a variety of household surfaces, appliances, and delicate fabrics.
