Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000 per annum, DOE

This is a rotational position with live-in accommodations provided during working weeks if needed. Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, high-quality care and supervision for two children (ages 6 and 8)
- Manage daily routines, including school drop-offs/pick-ups and homework support
- Plan and engage the children in fun, enriching, and age-appropriate activities
- Maintain consistency with routines, rules, and boundaries
- Pack for and travel with the family as required
- Communicate clearly and professionally with parents and household staff
- Perform light housekeeping duties related to the children (tidying play areas, children’s laundry, organization)
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional nanny experience, ideally with school-aged children
- Seeking a long-term role (minimum one-year commitment)
- Flexible, dependable, and highly discreet
- Excellent professional references required
- Comfortable working in a staffed and high-profile household
- Local to Miami or willing to commute; live-in option available during working weeks
Compensation & Benefits
