Work Schedule: One week on / One week off – 7:00am – 9:00pm Tuesday – Monday

A prestigious UHNW client in London is seeking a professional Butler to join an established household team. Working alongside one other Butler, you will provide exemplary service to a busy VIP family, ensuring their home is maintained to the highest standards and their daily needs are anticipated with discretion and care.
This is a live-out, full-time role with some travel to accompany the family on vacations.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional level of service to the Principals and their guests at all times.
- Meet and greet guests, manage the front door, and oversee arrivals/departures.
- Maintain and review service areas, ensuring all rooms and outdoor spaces are pristine and operational flows run smoothly.
- Anticipate and respond to the needs of the Principals, creating a comfortable, well-organised environment.
- Collaborate with the wider household team to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Liaise with chefs regarding all food and beverage requirements, including table settings and service.
- Manage purchasing, stock control, and inventory checks as required.
- Open and close internal property areas, ensuring security and readiness.
- Support with children’s school items, schedules, and other family needs.
- Assist in kitchen and service areas (serving, clearing, washing, polishing, spot cleaning).
- Prepare for trips, including packing and unpacking.
- Assist with planning and running events, liaising with event planners as needed.
- Oversee and manage Principals’ supplements and medications.
- Work confidently around children and family pets.
- Carry out any additional ad hoc duties as requested by the Principals, maintaining flexibility and a can-do attitude.
Candidate Requirements:
- Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours and duties.
- Valid UK or EU passport (required for travel).
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Immaculate personal presentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy with strong interpersonal skills.
- Attentive, proactive, patient, and self-assured.
- Non-smoker (preferred).
Benefits:
- Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience
