Overview
A warm, respectful long-tenured household is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper / House Manager to replace a beloved 35-year employee who is retiring. The family values discretion, trust, and long-term commitment, and hopes to find someone who will become an integral part of the home for years to come. This role is ideal for a highly detail-oriented professional who enjoys both hands-on housekeeping and light household management. The position balances daily cleaning and organization with errands, inventory oversight, and assisting during weekly entertaining. The home is busy, active, welcoming, and frequently hosts guests and Friday evening dinners.Schedule:Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday (split shift): 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM with a mid day break and return from 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM(Some flexibility may be considered for the right candidate)
Responsibilities
Housekeeping & Home Care ● Daily and deep cleaning of a 6 bedroom / 6 bathroom residence (approximately 6700 sq. ft.) ● Care of marble, antiques, and fine household finishes● Polishing silver and maintaining presentation-ready spaces ● Bed making and guest room preparation ● Kitchen organization and dish management● Supporting weekly dinner party setup and cleanup (chef handles cooking)Laundry & Wardrobe Care ● Ironing table linens ● Hand washing delicate garments ● Coordinating dry cleaning drop-off and pickup● Maintaining organized wardrobes and linen closets Household Management ● Household inventory tracking and restocking● Light pantry stocking (chef manages cooking groceries)● Running errands (tailor, supplies, returns, etc.) ● Vendor coordination and service appointments ● Preparing home for frequent overnight guests ● Occasional vehicle service drop-offs ● Pet related tasks (vet visits, supplies, light care) As the household consists of a Black Labrador, Birds and a Lizard.

Requirements
● Prior experience as an Executive Housekeeper in a private home ● Strong knowledge of caring for high-end materials (marble, silver, antiques) ● Comfortable receiving verbal instructions and anticipating needs ● Tech-savvy (ordering supplies, texting, online scheduling) ● Organized, proactive, and highly detail-oriented ● Comfortable with pets ● Long-term mindset and team-player mentality ● Excellent discretion and judgment
Salary and Benefits
