Family PA/Manny – Private Household (London)
Salary: £75,000+ DOE
Schedule: Rotational — 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off

A prestigious UHNW household in London is seeking a highly organised and nurturing Family PA/Manny to support the family’s 10-year-old child and oversee his social, personal, and lifestyle coordination. This is a central role within a staffed residence of 17 when full, requiring a polished and proactive individual with strong childcare experience and a positive, energetic presence.
This role is ideal for a professional with a nanny or family PA background who thrives in a dynamic environment and can balance both administrative and hands-on childcare duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct daily support and supervision for the child, offering companionship, guidance, and structure
- Ensure he is up, prepared, and ready for school each morning
- Liaise closely with the household team (including Chefs) to coordinate meals; prepare simple breakfasts (such as cereal and toast) when required
- Manage the child’s social calendar, playdates, extracurricular activities, and holiday planning
- Organise and assist with events and birthday parties — planning, logistics, gift coordination, etc.
- Oversee travel arrangements and packing/unpacking when travelling with the family
- Act as a key point of communication between the family, school, tutors, and other stakeholders
- Use initiative to proactively organise his day-to-day life, ensuring routines and expectations are maintained
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements
- Strong childcare background — prior Nanny or Governess experience preferred within UHNW households
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask while staying calm and focused
- Confident communicator with emotional intelligence and a positive role-model approach
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, and anticipate needs
- Comfortable with a rotational schedule: 3 weeks living in, followed by 3 weeks off
- London-based candidates preferred or willing to travel/relocate as required
