Achieve Hospitality is delighted to be partnering with a prestigious, independent property in a beautiful coastal setting. Renowned for its warm hospitality, attention to detail, and bespoke guest experiences, the venue offers luxury dining and accommodation in a breath-taking location.
We are seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas at our exclusive property. The successful candidate will take ownership of daily housekeeping tasks, ensuring every space meets the highest standards and contributes to an exceptional guest experience. This role requires attention to detail, discretion, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently while supporting the smooth running of the property.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Ensure all areas are properly stocked with supplies and amenities, including linens, toiletries, and towels.
- Carry out daily cleaning schedules efficiently, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal spaces.
- Inspect rooms and public areas for maintenance issues, reporting repairs promptly.
- Handle laundry duties, including washing, folding, and distributing linens and uniforms as needed.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times, including safe handling of cleaning products.
- Maintain discretion and respect guest privacy, ensuring a professional and unobtrusive presence.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience, ideally in hospitality or guest-focused environments.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritise tasks.
- Discretion, professionalism, and respect for guest privacy at all times.
- Ability to manage daily housekeeping tasks efficiently, maintaining high standards throughout the property.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and occasional evenings.
