Job Title: Executive Assistant to UHNW Principal
Location: London, UK (Extensive International Travel Required)
Package: £130,000 DOE
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a UHNW Principal based in London. This is a highly dynamic, fast-paced role requiring discretion, emotional intelligence, and the ability to operate at the highest level of professionalism.
The successful candidate will be London-based but must be fully flexible and available for frequent international travel, often at short notice. This is a true right-hand position, offering significant responsibility and trust.
The Role
As Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support across both business and personal matters. You will act as a gatekeeper, trusted confidant, and strategic partner to the Principal. On occasion, you will attend and lead meetings on the Principal’s behalf, so confidence, credibility, and strong communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary and calendar management across multiple time zones
- Global travel coordination (private and commercial aviation, accommodation, security, visas, itineraries)
- Attending meetings on behalf of the Principal and providing detailed follow-up reports
- Drafting correspondence, briefing documents, and presentations
- Liaising with family offices, legal teams, investment teams, and household staff
- Overseeing special projects from conception to completion
- Managing confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Acting as a true gatekeeper while maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships
- Supporting personal matters and lifestyle management when required

Essential Requirements
- British passport or Right to work in UK in hand
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant role
- Proven background supporting a UHNW individual within a private household environment
- Demonstrated longevity within previous roles (stability and long-term commitment are key)
- Experience managing both business and personal affairs seamlessly
- Confident representing a Principal in meetings when required
