Job Title: Part-Time Housekeeper
Location: Calabasas, CA
Schedule: 20-24 hours per week | Approximately 3 days per week (flexible, weekend availability welcome)
Compensation: $45-$50 per hour

Overview
A private family in Calabasas is seeking a positive, proactive Part-Time Housekeeper to support the smooth running of a 6,000 sq ft residence. The household typically has two housekeepers, and this role will work closely with the full-time housekeeper (Spanish-speaking).
The ideal candidate is organized, cheerful, and naturally helpful – someone who takes initiative and brings an “I’ve got this” attitude to daily household needs.
This is a relaxed but well-organized household with two principals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general household organization and upkeep
- Support the full-time housekeeper with cleaning tasks as needed
- Laundry and ironing
- Color-coordinate wardrobes and maintain closet organization
- Grocery shopping and household errands
- Manage package and parcel handling
- Help maintain household flow according to the family’s routine and priorities
Ideal Candidate
- Friendly, jolly personality and positive attitude
- Proactive and self-starting with a “see it, handle it” mindset
- Trainable and comfortable working alongside a Spanish-speaking housekeeper
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to understand and adapt to the family’s routine and priorities
- Prior experience in private households preferred
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
