Overview
A couple working from home with a friendly dog and sweet cat are looking for a part-time Groundsman/Landscaper. Their Malibu, CA residence includes a home (3,600sq. ft.) on a 15,800 sq. ft. lot with lush landscaping, citrus trees, rose garden (experience with local vegetation is helpful but not mandatory), and pool (maintenance training will be provided). The projected schedule is anywhere between 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday) and 5 days a week (Monday through Friday) 10am-2pm for a maximum total of 20 hours per week with unpaid time off for major holidays.
Responsibilities
The job duties include:
- Landscaping (must be experienced in organic gardening)
- Pool maintenance
- Ability to continue interior “re”-painting work left over after a complete house renovation would be a bonus.
Requirements

- Fluent in English
- Legal to work in the US, and have a US Passport, Green card or EAC.
Salary and Benefits
- Hourly rate: open and DOE
- No benefits as the role is part-time
