We are seeking an exceptional Spanish-speaking Rota Nanny to join a fully staffed private household based in Dubai. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the care and development of twins aged 5 months, working alongside an experienced childcare team.

Job Description
This is a rota position working within a well-established team of nannies and household staff. You will be responsible for all nursery duties and child-related tasks during your rotation, ensuring the highest level of care for the twins.
The position involves frequent international travel, requiring flexibility, excellent organisation, and confidence in caring for infants in different environments.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, nurturing care for twins aged 5 months
- Manage feeding routines (including bottle feeding), sleep schedules, and developmental milestones
- Plan and implement age-appropriate sensory and developmental activities
- Maintain nursery standards, including organisation, sterilisation, laundry, and supplies
- Travel internationally with the family and manage all baby-related travel logistics
- Work collaboratively with the nanny team to ensure consistency and smooth handovers
- Monitor development and provide updates to parents
- Create a calm, safe, and stimulating environment
Candidate Requirements
- Fluent Spanish speaker (essential)
- Good level of English for communication with parents and staff
- Minimum 3 years’ professional nanny experience, with strong infant and twin experience
- Previous rota nanny experience is highly desirable
- Childcare qualifications preferred
- Confident with infant routines, feeding, and sleep training
- Valid passport with unrestricted international travel
- Flexible, discreet, and highly organised
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Positive, calm, and proactive approach
