Overview
Achieve Hospitality is delighted to be partnering with a prestigious, independently owned coastal property, home to an acclaimed three AA Rosette restaurant featured in the Michelin Guide. Led by an ambitious Chef Patron, the kitchen showcases the very best of Scotland’s west coast through refined, seasonal tasting menus built on sustainable, locally sourced produce. This is a serious, high-standard environment with a small, dedicated team delivering an exceptional dining experience in a remote and truly unique setting, ideal for a chef looking to develop their craft at a high level.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver dishes to a consistently high 3 AA Rosette standard
- Work across a dynamic tasting menu format, adapting to seasonal and daily changes
- Maintain exceptional levels of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety at all times
- Collaborate closely with the Chef Patron and small kitchen team
- Ensure consistency, precision, and attention to detail in every plate
- Manage your section efficiently during service, particularly under pressure
- Support menu development using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients
- Contribute to a positive, focused, and professional kitchen environment
Candidate Requirements
- Solid chef experience in quality-driven kitchens (Rosette/Michelin experience beneficial but not essential)
- Strong work ethic with a hands-on, proactive approach
- Calm and composed under pressure with excellent organisational skills
- Passion for seasonal produce, sustainability, and refined cooking techniques
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and in a remote location
