The primary residence is complemented by a secondary home in Fort Lauderdale. The role requires seamless oversight of both properties. Job Description
As Estate Manager, you will oversee all aspects of household management across residences, ensuring operations run smoothly and consistently. You will be responsible for coordinating staff, vendors, and service providers while maintaining a polished, well-organised environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Houston residence and coordinate services for the Fort Lauderdale property
- Supervise a household staff: Chef, Housekeeper, Nannies, and future hires
- Recruit, onboard, train and evaluate staff performance
- Develop and update household manuals to ensure both homes operate to the same high standards
- Coordinate and oversee vendors, contractors, and security services as required
- Plan and manage household logistics for family travel, events, and property needs
- Maintain budgets, inventories, and schedules to ensure smooth operations
- Foster a professional, respectful, and harmonious team environment
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience managing UHNW or multi-property households
- Leadership experience overseeing household staff and vendors
- Tech-savvy (experience with household management systems preferred)
- Exceptional leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Discreet, professional, and proactive approach
- Ability to work independently while managing a small, high-performing team
- Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to family needs
- Fluent English speaker; additional languages advantageous
