This is a great opportunity for an experienced Executive Chef to join a high-performing leadership team and take full ownership of the culinary operation within a prestigious luxury environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping a refined and commercially balanced food offering, and ensuring exceptional standards of quality, consistency, and guest experience across all dining outlets and events.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team across all kitchen sections.
- Take full ownership of daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and consistent service delivery.
- Drive innovation and elevate the culinary proposition to deliver memorable, high-quality dining experiences.
- Oversee menu development for restaurant, bar, breakfast, afternoon tea, and events.
- Ensure exceptional standards of presentation, quality, hygiene, and consistency at all times.
- Manage food costs, labour, and kitchen budgets to drive profitability and efficiency.
- Lead delivery of weddings, conferences, and large-scale events to a high standard.
- Implement and maintain SOPs aligned with luxury service expectations and compliance standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or senior Head Chef in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing large, multi-skilled kitchen brigades.
- Excellent commercial awareness, including food cost control and menu engineering.
- Creative culinary ability with a focus on seasonal, high-quality, and guest-focused dining.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Passion for training, mentoring, and building a positive, high-performance kitchen culture.
