Role: Front of House Manager

Salary: £34,000 circa
Start Date: Opening July 2026
Achieve Hospitality are partnering with an exciting opportunity which has arisen to join the opening team of a brand-new countryside Inn in the heart of North Yorkshire. Combining open fire cooking, premium BBQ dining, elevated hospitality and a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The venue will offer a refined yet relaxed guest experience, celebrating locally sourced produce, expertly crafted drinks and exceptional service standards. With a strong focus on atmosphere, personality and genuine hospitality, the Front of House Manager will play a key role in shaping the guest journey from day one.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a hands-on environment and wants to be part of an ambitious opening project with real personality and long-term potential.
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the front of house operation on a daily basis
- Deliver exceptional guest service standards at all times
- Act as the main face and host of the business
- Train, motivate and support a small front of house team
- Oversee floor service, reservations and guest relations
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, bar and service teams
- Manage opening and closing procedures
- Maintain high presentation and cleanliness standards throughout the venue
- Support stock control and ordering processes
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding and team development
- Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively
- Drive a positive and energetic service culture
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Front of House Manager or senior supervisor within premium hospitality
- Strong bar and floor experience essential
- Confident managing service in a busy restaurant environment
- Engaging, vibrant and personable character with excellent communication skills
- Ability to confidently interact with guests and build repeat business
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail
- Personal Licence Holder preferred
- Passion for food, beverage and hospitality
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Must be able to commute to property (own car & license)
