They are seeking an experienced Breakfast/Lunch Chef to join the kitchen team.
Role Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver high-quality breakfast dishes to company standards.
- Lead, motivate, and support the kitchen team to provide excellent food and service for up to 600 guests on busy days.
- Organise and oversee breakfast service, ensuring smooth, efficient operations and high guest satisfaction.
- Work closely with management to continuously improve food quality, service, and kitchen processes.
- Train, coach, and develop team members, supporting their career progression and growth.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Support the lunch team during service to ensure a seamless and efficient kitchen operation.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Chef de Partie, Breakfast Chef, or similar kitchen role.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks during busy service periods.
- Passion for delivering high-quality food and exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience training, coaching, or mentoring colleagues is desirable.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work, with a willingness to support other kitchen areas when required.
- Ability to remain calm and perform well under pressure.
- Relevant food hygiene certification is desirable.
