Overview
We’re looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a stunning hotel. Working alongside an experienced brigade, you’ll take responsibility for your own section, preparing high-quality dishes for breakfast, banqueting, events, and restaurant service. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated chef looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment while working with fresh ingredients and high standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage your designated kitchen section efficiently
- Prepare and present dishes to a high standard
- Support breakfast, banqueting, and event service
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist with stock rotation and waste control
- Support junior chefs and work collaboratively with the team
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
- Experience within a busy hotel or restaurant kitchen
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Passion for producing high-quality food
- Positive attitude with excellent teamwork skills
