Role: Senior Housekeeper
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 10,000 – AED 15,000 per month (depending on experience)
Work Schedule: 6 days per week, 12 hours per day (schedule agreed with the family; typically early morning, a break during the day, and later afternoon/evening service)
Accommodation: Live-in preferred; live-out candidates considered (candidate responsible for own accommodation and transport)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Housekeeper to support a private UHNW family in Dubai. This is a hands-on role for a highly organised and reliable household professional who can take ownership of housekeeping operations within a large private villa while maintaining exceptional standards throughout the home.
Job Description
The Senior Housekeeper will oversee the daily housekeeping operations of a five-bedroom villa, managing household routines, supporting junior staff, and ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standard. The role includes supervising two junior housemaids, managing supplies and inventory, coordinating external contractors, assisting with guest preparations, providing occasional childcare support, and supporting the care of the family’s two dogs.
Role Responsibilities
- Oversee all housekeeping operations within the residence.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation throughout the property.
- Carry out hands-on housekeeping duties as required.
- Supervise and support two junior housemaids.
- Manage housekeeping schedules, supplies, and inventory.
- Coordinate with external contractors, including gardeners and pool maintenance providers.
- Prepare the residence for family arrivals and guests.
- Assist with guest hosting requirements, including table preparation and presentation.
- Provide occasional childcare support when required.
- Assist with care of the family’s two dogs, including feeding and walks.
- Maintain a professional, discreet, and dependable presence within the household.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Senior Housekeeper, Head Housekeeper, or similar private household role.
- Experience working in formal households, luxury residences, or UHNW environments preferred.
- Strong hands-on housekeeping experience with the ability to manage daily operations independently.
- Previous experience supervising household staff.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and professional with a strong understanding of household etiquette.
- Comfortable providing occasional childcare support when required.
- Comfortable working in a household with pets, including a large dog.
- Minimum two years’ service in previous positions, with professional references required.
- UAE-based candidates preferred; international candidates willing to relocate will also be considered.
