Job Title: Rota Bilingual Nanny

Overview
Our UHNW clients are seeking experienced, nurturing Nannies to provide comprehensive, high-end childcare for their three children, all under the age of 5, at their private estate in Tampa. Working as a team of two nannies per shift, this role follows a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rota, with full 24/7 responsibility for the children during the working rotation. Fluency in Spanish is a strong addition; other languages such as Russian, Italian, French or Mandarin are also a welcome plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Language Exposure: Conduct daily activities, reading sessions, and casual conversations incorporating Spanish (or another additional language, where applicable) to support natural early language development.
- Child Development: Implement age-appropriate educational games, arts, crafts, and activities to support cognitive milestones for children under 5.
- Daily Care: Prepare organic, balanced meals, manage nap schedules, and administer hygienic routines for multiple young children.
- Transportation: Drive children safely to elite private schools, sports practices, and social playdates.
- Travel Support: Accompany the family on domestic or international trips to provide seamless, consistent childcare.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with a co-nanny across each shift to ensure smooth handovers, consistent routines, and full 24/7 coverage during rotation weeks.
- Nanny Share/Admin: Manage the children’s digital calendars, school portals, and doctor appointments.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience caring for multiple young children (under 5) in a private household or high-end nanny setting.
- Fluency in Spanish is a strong addition; other languages such as Russian or Mandarin are also highly valued.
- Comfortable working within a rota schedule of 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, with full 24/7 responsibility during on weeks.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a two-nanny team per shift, coordinating routines and handovers smoothly.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).
- Florida Local Knowledge: Familiarity with local educational outings such as the Glazer Children’s Museum and The Florida Aquarium.
- Water Safety: Strict adherence to water safety protocols, including constant supervision around residential pools and local beaches.
- Discreet & Reliable: Comfortable working within a private household, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
