Overview and Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to support a UHNW family. This role requires absolute discretion, impeccable judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and maintains the highest standards of professionalism while managing both day-to-day details and complex, long-term projects.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the principals, including calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, and itinerary planning across multiple properties and international destinations.
- Manage and prioritize incoming requests, correspondence, and communications with discretion and efficiency.
- Organize and oversee household-related tasks, vendor coordination, property maintenance requests, and service appointments.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
- Coordinate events, private dinners, family travel, and lifestyle arrangements (both domestic and international).
- Prepare detailed itineraries, briefing documents, and meeting materials as required.
- Track and manage family preferences, important dates, and special requests to ensure a seamless experience.
- Liaise with estate staff, household managers, security teams, family office personnel, and external vendors.
- Run personal errands, manage shopping, gifting, and other lifestyle needs as required.
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems to maintain the smooth operation of the household and family schedule.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Household Manager, ideally supporting high-net-worth individuals, principals, or C-level executives.
- Proven track record in a fast-paced, demanding environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), calendar management tools, and modern productivity applications.
- Experience with international travel coordination, visa requirements, and luxury service providers is strongly preferred.
- Discretion and confidentiality are non-negotiable; candidates must have a demonstrated history of handling sensitive matters.
