Set within beautiful Scottish countryside, this renowned property offers exceptional hospitality, destination dining, championship golf and a variety of luxury guest experiences.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning kitchen brigade, showcasing the very best of Scottish food and hospitality while delivering memorable breakfast and daytime dining experiences for guests. As Breakfast Chef, you will play a key role in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes across breakfast and brunch services, while supporting the wider kitchen team in a modern, state-of-the-art environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver high-quality breakfast dishes for hotel guests.
- Cook plated breakfast items and buffet-style offerings for groups.
- Prepare and present cold breakfast items to a high standard.
- Support brunch services and wider food operations.
- Prepare nutritious staff meals to company standards.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards.
- Support the wider kitchen team during busy services.
- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient workstation.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or Commis Chef.
- Hotel or restaurant kitchen experience preferred.
- Passion for quality food and guest experiences.
- Strong attention to detail and presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy breakfast services.
- Good understanding of food hygiene standards.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
- Reliable, organised and team-focused approach.
