A warm and welcoming family is seeking a reliable, caring and family-friendly Housekeeper to join their household on a permanent, full-time basis.
This is a varied role combining some childcare support and supporting the housekeeper with housekeeping and laundry.
The Role
The successful candidate will provide practical support to the family.
Duties will include:
- Helping with childcare support
- School runs and collecting/dropping off the children
- Supporting the family with busy morning and afternoon routines
- Helping to maintain the children's rooms and keeping them tidy and organised
- Children's laundry
- Assisting with housekeeping and laundry for the family
- Helping the household run smoothly and providing an extra pair of hands to the parents
The Ideal Candidate
The family is looking for someone who is:
- Warm, caring and genuinely enjoys working with children
- Family-friendly and able to build strong, positive relationships with the children
- Reliable, organised and happy to be hands-on
- A confident driver with a full driving licence
- Comfortable with both childcare and household tasks
- Discreet, professional and respectful of family boundaries
- Flexible and willing to help wherever needed within the household
- Looking for a long-term position within a family environment
Previous childcare and private-household experience is required.
