A lovely family in Guildford is seeking an experienced, reliable and proactive Live-Out Housekeeper to join their household on a permanent, part-time basis.
The family consists of two adults and two children, aged 9 and 11, and are looking for someone who can take responsibility for the smooth running of the home and become a trusted member of the household.
Duties will include:
- Full housekeeping and general cleaning
- Laundry and washing
- Ironing
- Cooking and preparing family meals
- Organising, tidying and keeping the home well maintained
- Supporting with the children when required
- Occasional school pick-ups
- Occasional babysitting would be a bonus but not essential
The ideal candidate will be experienced in private-household work, highly organised, hardworking and able to work independently. Someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail and is happy to be flexible around the needs of a busy family would be particularly well suited.
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping experience, ideally within a private family home
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Comfortable around children
- Good cooking skills
- Reliable, discreet and trustworthy
