Our discreet and prominent UHNW Clients based out in Madrid (Spain) are in need of a supremely-educated and experienced Full-Time Nanny & Private Educator for their 4-year-old little boy, endowed with a teaching background & a strong track record standing the candidate in good stead to look after a child of this age by demonstrating PROVEN maturity and a long tenure in previous roles within premium private households. A minimum of 10 years' experience is required for this position.
The Clients do value upper-crust education. The family is seeking an experienced, highly capable and nurturing Educator, who can provide their son with an excellent educational foundation, supporting both his intellectual development and his personal growth.
In light of the above, Candidates should be endowed with emotional intelligence to deal with all the facets of the life of the little boy, when it comes to the child’s daily & social lives, together with all the pedagogical matters surrounding academia.
The family placing particular importance on an excellent standard of education and an English-speaking environment, fluency in English is a non-negotiable asset to be had. Candidates must be eloquent on par with the Queen’s English. A formal education from Oxbridge or the Russell Group is highly critical.
The family has a fully-staffed household.
The Educated Nanny & Private Educator must be passport-ready and must have the legal right to work in Spain. NO sponsorship will be offered by the family to Applicants. The family is based in Madrid, Spain. The role would also require flexibility and availability to travel with the family when necessary.
The parents will value discretion, honesty, cultural breadth as well as an ability to muck in and a sense of humour.
The salary will be highly competitive, based on your experience and stellar credentials. Please, state your salary expectations upon applying.

Key Responsibilities

- Experience with VIP & UHNW families.

- Produce fun and age-appropriate English lessons that would be entertaining to the little boy.
- Able to speak FLAWLESS English with the fluency of a native speaker.
- Being creative, supremely resourceful and forward-thinking.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree or a Master’s Degree from Oxbridge or the Russell Group.
- Mastering the English language.
- Checkable references.
- Paediatric first-aid certificate.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience teaching primary-school children & younger children.
- An eye for detail, being meticulous and highly organised.
- Fun to be around.
