THE ROLE
A live-out Private Chef to take charge of the family's kitchen and daily meals. The right person cooks Arabic dishes with real confidence and authenticity, and brings a healthy, thoughtful approach to everyday menus and meal preparation.
— Prepare daily meals for the family, with a focus on healthy, nourishing cooking
— Cook Arabic dishes to an authentic and consistently high standard
— Plan weekly menus around the family's tastes and preferences
— Manage meal preparation in advance, so the household is always well catered for
— Shop for, store and rotate ingredients, keeping the kitchen well stocked
— Keep the kitchen immaculate and organised at all times
— Adapt menus to the family's changing needs and requests

THE CANDIDATE
A skilled, dependable chef with a genuine command of Arabic cuisine and a healthy approach to cooking, who is comfortable running a private kitchen independently. You are discreet, adaptable and take real pride in what you put on the table.
— Proven experience as a private chef or home cook for a family
— Confident, authentic cooking of Arabic dishes
— Strong knowledge of healthy cooking and meal preparation
— Able to plan menus, shop and manage a kitchen independently
— Meticulous about hygiene, food safety and kitchen organisation
— Discreet, reliable and respectful of a private family home
— Flexible about working hours, which will be agreed at interview
