Overview
A professional family in Hudson Yards, NY is looking for a part-time nanny/educator for their 2.5-year-old son. This is a Monday through Friday role and hours will be 2:30pm - 6:30pm, with some flexibility on exact arrival and departure times. Initially this role will be act more as Mother's helper and in the Fall, evolve into a more dedicated nanny/educator role, when the mother transitions back to work. The child goes to school in the mornings and the role is to engage and educate the child in the afternoons.
Responsibilities
- Assist Mother with after-school childcare for their 2.5 year old child
- Engage in age-appropriate educational activities
- Ensure safe and caring environment for child
- Maintain daily schedules and routines
- Assist with dinner, baths, and bedtime
Qualifications
- 7 plus years as nanny or educator with longevity at each role
- Education focused background
- High energy
- Strong communication skills
- Impeccable hygiene

- Legal to work in US
- Fully vaccinated
- Excellent references
Salary and Benefits
$38-$43 per hour based on experience
